Ken Yang and the staff of the Fuji Japanese Steakhouse recently held a ribbon cutting in celebration of their Grand Opening. They are located at 3548 East Race in the River Chase Shopping Center. They feature a wide range of entrees including steak, seafood and a sushi bar. They are open seven days a week and have an extensive lunch menu served Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. They are also available for special catering and parties.
