DESCRIPTION:Please make plans to join us for this special community event. Issue 1 is one of two measures placed on the ballot by Arkansas  legislators. September 6\, Pulaski County Circuit Judge Mackey Pierce issued a ruling stating that the Secretary of State shall not count votes on Issue 1. That ruling is being appealed to the Arkansas Supreme Court to decide if voters will have a chance to vote to alter the state constitution. This forum will allow our members to gain insight from those on both sides of the issue.   Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
