SUMMARY:Leadership Searcy Kick Off Session
DESCRIPTION:Leadership Searcy is now accepting applications for the 2023/2024 class. Leadership is aimed at developing a network of talented leaders for present and future community needs.  To meet this vision\, Leadership Searcy seeks to:\n\n\n	Identify and motivate individuals with leadership potential\n	Acquaint them with community needs\, challenges and opportunities\n	Offer a forum of exchange on methods for dealing with community issues\n	Challenge potential leaders to become involved with local issues and the process of decision making\n\nLeadership Searcy consists of full day training sessions. The first session consists of a Thursday evening and a full Friday. The sessions will be scheduled from 8:15 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. each day. Participants are expected to attend every session.\n\n\n\nWhile emergencies do arise\, any participant missing more than one\n\nsession may be dropped with no refund.

LOCATION:The first session will begin Thursday evening September 14th at the Searcy Central Fire Station. Friday the class will be traveling to the 4H ExCEL Center in Little Rock.
