DESCRIPTION:VOLUNTEER AWARDS BANQUET  Searcy Veterans Outreach Ministries Center is hosting a Presidential Volunteer Service Awards Banquet to honor all the volunteers of their organization.  Each volunteer will be awarded a Medal and letter from the office of the President of the United States. The Medal may be Gold\, Silver or Bronze\, depending on each volunteer’s hours of service. This Banquet will be in the Founders Room at Harding University and is scheduled for October 3\, 2017 at 6:30 PM.   Searcy Veterans Outreach is proud to announce that the speaker for the evening will be Mr. Mark Diggs.  Mr. Diggs\, a US Army Veteran\, was inducted into the Arkansas Military Veterans Hall of Fame in 2011. He is the Immediate Past Commander of the Little Rock Chapter (431) of the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Mr. Diggs is the Founder and Director of Veterans Villages of America\, a nonprofit with the mission to be an advocate for\, and provide services to\, veterans and their families.
