You have two class options available on Mondays and Wednesdays. 1) 10a-11a 2) 7p-8p First 8 week session (1 hour per week) $60 Class Rules: Please wear proper attire: loose\, comfortable clothing (t-shirts\, loose blouses\, exercise slacks\, sweat pants\, etc). Comfortable\, well-fitting\, flat shoes. Bare-foot is acceptable but not encouraged. For safety\, absolutely no "sock-footed"\, sandals\, flip-flops\, or backless shoes are allowed. Please refrain from wearing no-sleeve shirts\, shorts\, tights\, or loose jewelry. Please mute all cellphones\; "off" or "vibrate".
