July 14 Sonic Carhop Fundraiser to Benefit Jacob's Place Searcy, June 26 - Jacob’s Place Homeless Mission will host a carhop fundraising event on Saturday, July 14, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Sonic on Beebe-Capps Expressway in Searcy. All tips and 10 percent of all sales will benefit Jacob's Place, White County's homeless mission for families with children. Jacob’s Place board members and volunteers will be carhopping.
Order a meal or your favorite drink and be sure to tip well! Jacob's Place provides shelter and an array of financial, job counseling and life skills programs to empower individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. In Arkansas, more than 21,500 children are homeless over the course of a year. Please help Jacob’s Place make a difference in the lives of White County families who do not have places to call home.
