Contact: Amy Burton at 501-279-9007 mainstreetsearcy@sbcglobal.net Main Street Searcy Farmers’ Market informational meeting set for February 15 Organizers of the Main Street Searcy Farmers’ Market are holding an informational meeting on Thursday, February 15, at 6:00 p.m. in room 3 of the Carmichael Community Center for anyone interested in participating in this year’s Farmers’ Market. The Farmers’ Market, located on the Courthouse Square in downtown Searcy, is scheduled to kick off its 2018 season on Saturday, April 7, at 800 a.m. Operational hours will be 8:00 a.m.-noon on Saturdays and 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. Searcy’s market offers locally produced vegetables, fruits, herbs, eggs, USDA certified meat, honey, jams, jellies, baked goods, plants and hand-crafted items.
