4 - Maintenance Specialist: Starting pay: $13.75 (open positions - 1)
What you’ll do on a typical day:- Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs on equipment in one or more areas of assignment
- Maintains records of installation, maintenance and repair orders to track activities ensuring work is documented and on file; prepares status reports for projects
- Performs maintenance and repair work within area of assigned duties including planning work and equipment; technical areas of assignment
- Responds to emergencies and callouts as required; makes required repairs needed
- Operates specialized equipment and vehicles in areas of specialization
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level
- Collaborates with and supports other members of the company
- Maintains punctual, regular, and reliable attendance
- Demonstrates the Company’s core values and complies with all Company policies and procedures
- May perform other duties as assigned by management
At a minimum, you’ll need:- 1 year of related work experience
- Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance, service and repair activities
- Ability to communicate operational needs to employees
- Knowledge of record and file keeping
- Ability to prepare reports and track maintenance schedules to assure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Inventory skills and supply ordering
- Ability to work efficiently with various venders/customers
- Ability to operate specialized equipment and vehicles in areas of specialization
- Able to perform basic electrical skills on 120- and 480-volt electrical work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Electrical experience
