The Historic Courthouse Square will feature the lighting of the newly exterior renovation of the Rialto Theatre, Ned Perme of Channel 7 and St. Paul's Methodist Church Choir. Spring Park will feature the dedication of the new Spring Park Skating Rink. Former Governor Mike Beebe will speak.
