The You're Hired event will take place on April 13 & 14, 2025 at Lion Arena. This program is designed to connect businesses with motivated graduating high school seniors who are eager to embark on their professional journeys.

Event Details: March 13 & 14 | 9:00-4:00 | Searcy High School Lion Arena​

• Objective: To match graduating seniors with career opportunities in our region.
• Criteria: Businesses should have job openings suitable for high school graduates, preferably with benefits and the potential for long-term careers.
• Participation Process: Interested businesses are required to submit their benefits page or "White Page" detailing the job opportunities they offer for us to showcase to graduating seniors.
