Leadership Searcy is now accepting applications for the 2020/2021 class. Leadership is aimed at developing a network of talented leaders for present and future community needs. To meet this vision, Leadership Searcy seeks to:
Identify and motivate individuals with leadership potential
Acquaint them with community needs, challenges and opportunities
Offer a forum of exchange on methods for dealing with community issues
Challenge potential leaders to become involved with local issues and the process of decision making
Leadership Searcy consists of full day training sessions. The first session consists of a Thursday evening and a full Friday. The sessions will be scheduled from 8:15 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. each day. Participants are expected to attend every session.
While emergencies do arise, any participant missing more than one
session may be dropped with no refund.

The first session will start at the chamber of commerce and sessions afterwards will transition from different location.
The tuition fee for chamber member participants selected is $500 and non-chamber members is $750. Bald Knob and Beebe Chamber of
Commerce members will receive a member rate.
A selection committee will give careful attention to choosing a class that represents a cross-section of the community. All applications for participation must be received at the chamber office no later than August 27, 2020.
If a participant cancels before the start of class, refunds may include a deduction for costs incurred by the Leadership Program. No refunds will be given after September 9th.
