Searcy Leadership Instititute Session 1

The Searcy Leadership Institute (SLI) is accepting applications for the 2015/2016 class. SLI is aimed at developing a network of talented leaders for present and future community needs. To meet this vision, The Leadership Institute seeks to: * Identify and motivate individuals with leadership potential * Acquaint them with community needs, challenges and opportunities * Offer a forum of exchange on methods for dealing with community issues * Challenge potential leaders to become involved with local issues and the process of decision making SLI consists of eight full day training sessions. The first session consists of a Thursday evening and a full Friday. The remaining sessions will be scheduled on the second Tuesday of the month from 8:15 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. Participants are expected to attend every session. While emergencies do arise, any participant missing more than one session may be dropped with no refund. The tuition fee for chamber member participants selected is $375 and non-chamber members is $450. Bald Knob and Beebe Chamber of Commerce members will receive a member rate. All applicationsmust be turned in by September 1.
