ilbourn Title, formally Strother-Wilbourn Land Title Company, is your full service real estate closing company located Searcy, AR just east of The Square.

Established in 2018, Wilbourn Title retains the services from Strother-Wilbourn and now inludes closing services as well. This makes Wilbourn Title the most complete title plant and closing company in White County with a staff which includes four licensed title agents with over 115 years of combined title experience and 2 closing Agents. Wilbourn Title can handle all types of real estate closings, including 1031 exchanges.

Wilbourn Title represents First American Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company, two of the largest title insurers in the United States.

We provide title insurance Owner’s Policies for buyers and Loan Policies for lenders. We also provide limited title searches for lenders or other interested parties, as well as mineral rights searches. Through our closing company, Professional Escrow Company, we provide closing and escrow services for all types of real estate transactions.
