Deductibles & co-pays go away and it provides you the following: Direct access by text/email/telemedicine, office visits, X-rays/procedures, annual wellness labs, fitness & nutrition, coordination of care to hostpitals/specialists & more! $89 per month for individuals, $149 for couples, & $189 for families of 3 or more.
